We offer excellent benefits and team incentives! This is a Part-time position (20-24hrs/week), with a flexible schedule to include some weekends, evenings and holidays Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Play a key role in the planning and execution of marketing events, for both current and potential residents New resident liaison - assist new residents throughout the move-in process to ensure a successful transition Develop and facilitate new resident social events Process requisitions Data entry Assist with weekly reports Provide administrative support for the Marketing team (filing, scanning, copying, mailings, Constant Contact etc) Manage marketing materials This position also supports our Concierge Services Team by providing Front Desk coverage for lunch breaks and as otherwise needed.
This provides an additional opportunity for the Marketing Assistant to interface with the residents and other staff.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills We offer a competitive benefits package including:
