We are looking to add an Accounts Payable/Purchasing Clerk to our Corporate Financial team Responsibilities for AP/Purchasing include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable:
Review and enter all invoices for all locations Handles weekly check run Responds to inquiries from vendors & staff about invoices and payments Reconcile monthly vendor statements Assist with various tasks as needed Purchasing:
Take inventory of stock room weekly Order supplies from various vendors for stock room Fill orders for nursing home twice a week (deliver items to unit) Responsible for the purchasing email box This role is about 70% AP and 30% Purchasing.
