Our general dental office serves both adults and children and is located in Concord , MA.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with in a dental office.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct incoming calls.
Reply to incoming emails and texts -File and send documents to referring dentists - Schedule appointments -Take patient payments -Verify insurance as needed Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong attention to detail- Calm demeanor.
Proficient with computers and computer dental software (We use Dentrix).
Not afraid to learn new tasks.
