Physical Therapy Assistant

Reporting to their direct supervisor, the Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for assisting Physical Therapists in providing comprehensive care appropriate to the age of the patients served in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of the department.
Responsible to the patient and the family or significant others for the quality of direct and indirect care delivered.
Minimum Qualifications Education Associate degree as Physical Therapy Assistant required.
Experience 1 year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant treating patients with neurological conditions preferred.
Licensure and/or Certification BLS required within 4 months from hire.
Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts required.
Skills Clinical expertise for the age and type of patients seen.
Problem-solving skills.
Must execute sound judgment all duties.
Courteous and professional manner when dealing with people in person and on the phone.
Ability to prioritize workload and respond to urgent needs.
Committed to Service Excellence and customer satisfaction.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Computer skills required.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Clinical Works Communication Confidentiality Courtesy Customer Satisfaction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
