Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Finance to provide financial leadership and support to the Finance and Supply Chain teams.
This individual will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be closely aligned with the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
They are responsible for leading the company's Supply Chain finance team, leading financial forecasting and analysis, and monitoring and reporting of actual results.
They will also be responsible for developing annual budgets, capital analysis, spending proposals, analyzing finances around manufacturing, logistics, sourcing and co-manufacturing.
What You'll Do:
Provide strategic analysis to identify key drivers of financial trends within the supply chain Lead and improve monthly and quarterly reporting with the ability to identify KPI's and explain variances within results Lead the development of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, including the oversight of the development of standard costs across our plants Partner cross functionally within the finance function to:
Proactively identify business drivers with the commercial finance team across all sales channels Develop and evaluate business cases for potential innovation projects, capital investments, or new/modified customer requests Partner with commercial finance, demand planning, and supply planning to lead an effective S&OP process Partner with FP&A for transparent reporting and timely analysis for executive review and Board presentations Partner with accounting to analyze results and ensure GAAP reporting Oversee process to define and deliver ad hoc analysis, standard reports, and recommendations to CFO and executive team Develop deep collaborative relationships with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to support effective and efficient cross-functional work, information flow and problem solving, including:
Define and establish the operational strategies, processes and tools to manage and monitor the performance of Supply Chain end to end Oversee development of the monthly SC Productivity forecast vs budget and prior year Support the operational base and productivity portions of the annual operating plan Provide direction and recommendations to improve the Company's standard cost methods / practices including BOMs, applied labor and OH Manage prioritization of projects and team workload to best serve the needs of the team and the business Partner to lead the inventory management of the business, including understanding end of life options and financial analysis of the impact of various recipes Define the best in class future state of the supply chain finance organization Identify opportunities to automate historically manual processes and reporting Recruit, retain, and develop talent Identify and recommend opportunities for cross-training with the broader team Review existing processes for improvement and efficiencies Ability to effectively communicate complex financial and operational information at an executive level to the CFO, CSCO, and the executive leadership team, as well as to the broader team Engage with the IT team to assist with planning and execution of an ERP implementation Oversight of cost accounting, PPV, financial impact of manufacturing variances, etc.

years of experience in multi-unit cost/managerial accounting in an manufacturing sector, preferably high-volume CPG manufacturing.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; Graduate degree in business or finance, CPA are preferred.
Experience leading and managing a team of Finance professionals Deep understanding of fundamental manufacturing processes, requirements, reporting, and metrics Experience leading financial reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting processes Able to effectively work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Travel as needed to Plants (less than 10%).
