Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.
This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of service.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of personal insurance lines, including Auto, Home, Renters, Flood, RV's, etc.
Responsibilities:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:
1.
Manage and maintain a book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
2.
Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
3.
Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
4.
Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
5.
Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
6.
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products to provide the best advice to clients.
7.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
8.
Provide clients with comprehensive insurance reviews and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Personal Lines Account Manager position will have:
1.
A minimum of 1
years of experience in personal lines insurance2.
A current insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
3.
Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
4.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients with insurance carriers.
5.
Proficiency in using insurance agency management software.
6.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
