Job Summary

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, Operating Room, coordinates the age appropriate care of the surgical patient intra-operatively either as a Circulator or a Scrub within the surgical suite. Utilizing the nursing process as a framework, the RN in the Operating Room assesses the patient needs, and formulates an appropriate plan of care including those activities appropriate for achievement of desired patient outcomes. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the stated philosophy and standards established by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies and professional organizations. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the safety of nursing care they deliver or supervise.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Experience
Minimum one year perioperative nursing experience required.
Licensure and/or Certification
Current license as a professional nurse in Massachusetts required.
BLS healthcare provider required.
CNOR preferred.
Skills
Strong clinical assessment skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to change.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Computer skills required.
Ability to maintain confidential information.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
