The candidate will serve in drafting and globally prosecuting chemical patent applications, conducting prior art searches, as well as preparing invalidity, infringement, and freedom to operate analyses.
Will be working on matters in most areas of chemistry including medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical formulations, polymer chemistry, and small molecule patent prosecution.
Should have an advanced degree in chemistry, Ph.
