Registered Nurse (RN) - Employee Health Manager

Job Summary
Reports to the Director of Human Resources, promotes a safe and healthful work environment and assists healthcare personnel in maintaining optimum mental and physical health in compliance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Workers' Compensation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
BSN preferred.
Additional coursework in business, leadership, management, healthcare administration, or public health preferred.
Minimum three years of nursing experience with knowledge of OSHA/Workers Compensation regulations.
Background in Occupational Health strongly preferred.
Licensure and/or Certification
Current license as a registered nurse in Massachusetts required.
BLS healthcare provider required.
Computer proficiency.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Ability to work accurately.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to maintain confidential information.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
