You Are Customer Success Our Customer Success team is seeking an experienced Communication Manager to create powerful written content to engage our customers post-sales in addition to the following: Build a communications strategy and execution plan that elevates our storytelling and customer communication along their journey. Develop strong, well-written content in line with our brand voice and guidelines that communicates the impact of our work. Provide support on content authored by others. Partner with Marketing, Product, Research and other internal teams to collaborate, to curate content and to streamline post-sale customer communication. Engage in projects and complete other related assignments assigned by VP of Customer Success Initiative: You are continuously striving for innovative solutions to communicate our voice at Lexia Learning Accountability: Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will serve as the communications architect for the Customer Success team (internally and externally), including building out communication strategy, defining different personas, and ensuring all customer communication is cohesive and on message. Adaptability: You are able to creatively adapt communication to our customer's journey, evaluating communication strategy that continues to best serve their needs. Collaboration: You will be collaborating with our CSM, Learning/Development, Professional Learning, Customer Support and Customer Care in crafting high quality customer facing communications. All About You BA/BS degree Demonstrated work examples showcasing impactful creative approaches, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills Minimum 5 years of communications or education marketing experience Knowledge of the education space, with a keen awareness of the key actors and perspectives Previous social media or webmaster experience prefered Strong organizational skills and examples of balancing competing projects and priorities Able to translate strategic goals into actionable items Must have innovative and creative thought process Must have a customer-obsessed mindset Excellent bridge-building skills and consensus-building both internally and externally Ability to travel to Concord at least once a month for three to four days at a time At Rosetta Stone we speak, learn, and interact differently, we embrace and thrive on these differences! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
