Regional Director of Human Resources

Overview Now Hiring - Regional Director of Human Resources -   HealthBridge Management provides management services to Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers in Massachusetts and Connecticut.  We are looking for a Regional Director of Human Resources to provide HR assistance to approximately 9 Centers in Massachusetts.  The Centers include CareOne at Essex Park, CareOne at Peabody, CareOne at Wilmington, CareOne at Lowell, CareOne at Concord, CareOne at Lexington, CareOne at Randolph, CareOne at Weymouth and CareOne at New Bedford. Responsibilities The Regional Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing advice and guidance to management on all aspects of Human Resources, including company-wide policies, federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.  In addition, this role provides support and assistance to employees across all levels of the organization, and ensures that Center management focuses on providing a positive and productive work environment for all employees.  In this role, you will not only be a member of an exceptionally talented HR team, but you will be a member of a regional team known for its ability to collaborate with each other, support each other and provide great outcomes together.  Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have excellent communication skills--both verbal and written, the ability to foster and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization, the talent and skill to support multiple locations and a willingness to travel on a regular basis to the various Centers as well as the confidence, knowledge and judgment to be an outstanding partner for your Centers and regional teammates.  Prior HRexperiencesupporting multiple locations preferred.    We are proud to Offer: Competitive Salary Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits 401k Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Opportunities to advance and grow your career We are an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO/AA/M/F/DV 2018-8347

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
