Associate Client Engagement Manager

Description: The aPriori Associate Client Engagement Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of client engagement services and solution implementations. They provide project management, business consulting, and process change assessment during the implementation and deployment of aPriori's software. A key role of the Associate Client Engagement Manager is to foster customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers can fully utilize the value of our solutions and services. The measurement of success in this role is the continued renewal of customers' existing software subscriptions and the identification of expansion opportunities for additional software and services. The Associate Client Engagement Manager builds relationships with the customer's executive sponsor and project team to develop an understanding of their business needs. They also work with aPriori Professional Services personnel to develop and implement solutions and support project plans to meet those needs. The Associate Client Engagement Manager is also responsible to manage the activities needed to help the customer apply the solution to generate business value and track that value to justify future software renewals and business expansion. This role requires a high level of written and oral communication as well as managing customer expectations around project plans, activities, and results of the engagement. Responsibilities: oManagement of customer solution implementation projects inclusive of all Professional Services activities needed for a successful implementation oResponsible for implementation success from kick-off meeting to end of project oWork with Sales Directors and client executive sponsors to understand and communicate customer needs and develop long term implementation roadmap oWork with technical resources to develop an implementation strategy to fulfill customer requirements and expectations oWork with Project Managers to develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and budget tracking documents and ensuring that they are maintained and adhered to throughout the lifecycle of the project oAct as the primary aPriori resource for communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders oServe as the first point of escalation for project issues oManage and build relationship with executive sponsor and project team Required Skills: oBS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field oMinimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated success managing enterprise software implementations with external clients oExperience managing customer relationships and expectations as they relate to technical projects oComfort interacting with and tailoring messaging to all levels of customer resources (executive through individual contributor) oDemonstrated ability to assess customer needs, develop a project scope and successfully execute oDemonstrated ability to identify risks that may impact the success of the project and determine appropriate mitigating actions oStrong written and oral communication skills oStrong project management skills oWillingness to travel up to 60% of the time Preferred Skills: oExperience and demonstrated success in managing business process change in a consulting role oExperience creating, facilitating, and presenting reports to senior-level client stakeholders oDemonstrated success managing cross-functional project teams oPrevious industry experience in Aerospace, Automotive or Heavy Industrial industries oAdvanced degree in technical or business related field \\

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
